Shipping Information:

We have done our best to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible. We do not overcharge you for shipping as many other businesses do. All Orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days of payment. Please take into consideration the transit time from our warehouse to you

Australia Orders:

Shipping rates are automatically calculated through Australia Post Office and vary depending on method requested and geographical location. Transit times will also vary depending on method requested and geographical location and will take anywhere between 1-6 business days.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is placed you may login to your account here and click on order history to view all of your orders. Your order will indicate either of the following status.

Order Recived: Order has been placed and is awaiting processing.
Payment Received: Credit card has been charged and order is ready to ship
Trade Complete: Order has been shipped and tracking information is available.

You may click on order details and the "Track it" link to track your order. At times you will find more than one "Track it" links which means that your order consists of multiple packages.

Partially Shipped: Part of the order has been shipped. This is usually the case if we are awaiting tracking information from our dropshipper and your order consists of multiple packages.

Refund and Exchange:

At onlineSMOKE.com.au we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied - please contact us at enquiry@onlineSMOKE.com.au and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with the policies below.

Refunds
refunds will only be issued within 7 days and only where the goods are shown to be faulty. Please contact us at enquiry@onlineSMOKE.com.au BEFORE sending the parcel back and we will arrange to refund your payment AFTER inspection of the goods. However the original freight and the cost of sending the goods back will have to be paid by customer.

Refund can not be issued due to:
Damage caused by accident, misuse or negligence.
No longer want the products or just do not like them, or found that goods are the wrong size or colour.
Able to purchase the same of similar products elsewhere for a cheaper price.
Any defect drawn to customer’s attention before they purchased goods, for example, when goods are clearly labelled as seconds or faulty.

Exchanges
We will happily exchange your product within 7 days of original purchase, for goods to the same value, provided products are returned to us in the original condition and able to resell. You may exchange for higher priced items by paying the balance however we are unable to refund if you choose a cheaper item. There will be a delivery charge on the exchange.
